AWANA Club Registration
Our ROOTED Ministries are open to anyone demonstrating a strong walk with the Lord. These individuals have been identified as strong believers and leaders by the church body. They are either presented to the church for appointment by the Pastoral Staff or the Nominating Committee.
**There are ROOTED Ministries that require a background check because they either require you to be working around kids or they are required for State/Insurance purposes. Those are highlighted in RED.
AWANA Leader
Leads and Directs the assigned class, the volunteers and helpers on Wednesday night as directed by the AWANA Director.
Church Council
Made up of all the ministry heads to guide and direct the Pastoral staff in decisions regarding the church.
Deacon
Group of Men that have been chosen by the congregation and ordained to serve alongside the Pastoral Staff in shepherding the flock.
Ministers
Members who have been approved by the church to be Licensed and/or Ordained. These individuals will serve as Spiritual Leaders and direct/guide the different ministries of the church.
Ministry Head
Members who direct and guide the different ministries of the church. This includes but not limited to: Men, Women, Children, Family, Youth, etc.
Ministry Team
Members that are tasked with assisting the Pastoral Staff in ministering to people during the worship service. This includes prayer and church membership.
Missions Council
Members that help guide the direction of our Outreach. Set goals for the church in regards to Loving God, Loving People, and Making a Difference
Nominating Committee
Members who have a strong knowledge of the congregation and finds areas for them to plug into the fellowship
Personnel Committee
Members who are tasked with the oversight of the paid staff of the church
Small Group Teachers and Substitute Teachers
Lead and facilitate Sunday Morning Small Group discussions. This includes reviewing and preparing materials prior to Sunday morning.
Stewardship Committee
Members who give guidance and direction to the financial assets of the church body in relation to budgeting and spending.
Trustee
Members that serve a 3 year term to be the official signers on legal documents and contracts.
VBS Leader
Leads and Directs the assigned rotation, the volunteers and helpers during VBS as directed by the VBS Director.
Youth Leader
Assist the Youth Minister with organizing students, volunteers and helpers as directed by the Youth Minister. Assist the Youth Minister with counseling and spiritual guidance.
